All scheduled appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance of the appointment. We do not charge your form of payment until your service is complete or less than 24 hours cancellation of your appointment or a no show.
Please be considerate of your service providers time and for other guests who would have loved your appointment spot; but, couldn’t take it because it was specially reserved for you.
You are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment if canceled less than 24 hours beforehand. And 10 minutes after the start of your scheduled appointment time is considered a no show.
No-Shows and appointment’s made on the same-day cancellations will be charged the full value of the treatment reserved, and/or any gift certificate, promotion or card associated with that appointment will count as services rendered. You will be charged 100% of your service amount.
All promotions, unless booked under the promotions section, are applied on completion of appointment.
Corporate accounts are charged a non-refundable 50% fee deposit at the time of your approved booking.
